Violinist Jim Dellureficio has been playing with orchestras for 28 years. Originally from Binghamton, NY, he graduated from the State University College at Cortland and earned his Masters degree at Syracuse University. He and his family have lived for 30 years in New Jersey.
Jim is currently a research chemist with Merck Pharmaceuticals, and was formerly with Ciba-Geigy Pharmaceuticals.
He played with the Livingston Symphony for thirteen and a half years before joining the Summit Symphony in 1993. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the symphony.
Jim and his wife Diane have been married 32 years and have two grown children. They live in Millington.
